Sardines marinated in extra virgin olive oil with lemon
Canned sardines are always perfectly and similarly cooked, but are in a neutral, rather flavourless oil. By flavouring them yourself with lemon and Arbequina olive oil, you give it a luxurious and rich flavour and it saves you a huge amount of time.
