MSK UltrawhipPreparation method
Place the carbonated water, cane sugar, lime juice, rum and, MSK Ultrawhip into a planetary mixer.
Mix well and leave to hydrate for 5 minutes.
Whisk on full power until fully aerated, this takes approximately 6 minutes.
Pipe onto a none stick silicone mat.
Dehydrate for 12 hours at 60°C until crisp.
Store in an airtight container.
