Blood orange kombucha

Kombucha is a fermented drink that can also be used as a pickling liquid in cooking. The original version is made from tea, but this version is based on blood orange. The kombucha mother is better known as SCOBY, which stands for ‘symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast’.
