Torch ginger emulsion
Torch ginger is the flower of a certain variety of ginger. It is a highly aromatic ingredient for use in the kitchen. The emulsion has a delicate spicy element with tart flavours and several floral aromas. Brem is traditional fermented food from Bali, made of glutinous rice.
