Rooibos kombucha
A delightful variant for kombucha to initiate and continuously nourish the mother kombucha. The liquid in which the kombucha culture (SCOBY) is delivered is called the mother kombucha. The fermentation process is aimed at acidifying the tea, which can result in a sweet-sour aroma.
Recipe makes 1300 grams.
