Shito
This hot pepper relish is a delicacy from Ghana, which is packed with lots of heat and flavour, with shellfish and smoked mackerel. It’s also known as Ghanaian XO. In this recipe we use Ayo Adeyemi’s kani hot sauce recipe as an ingredient.
