Moin moin
Moin moin is a traditional Nigerian steamed black eyed bean pudding, cooked in a banana leaf. Originating from the Yoruba tribe, the base contains red peppers, black eyed beans, onions, and spices. This is suitable for vegans if prepared with mushroom or vegetable stock. In this recipe we use Ayo Adeyemi’s kani hot sauce recipe as an ingredient.
