Tatale
Tatale is a Ghanian spiced plantain fritter/pancake which is made from ripened plantains and is traditionally eaten as street food. This recipe is a refinement of the traditional recipe in the form of blini style pancakes. In this recipe we use Ayo Adeyemi’s kani hot sauce recipe as an ingredient.
