Chervil root gnocchi
This gnocchi has the aromatic and sweet flavour of chervil root. By steaming the gnocchi, it keeps its shape perfectly, which is also ideal for large mise en place. Preferably use a gnocchi board, giving the gnocchi a ridge allowing the sauce to stick.
Makes 1800g.
