Tomato and garlic tuile
This recipe for a savoury tuile uses the properties of MSK Ultralin as a sugar substitute to get the crunch without sweetness.
Makes 525g of batter.

MSK Flavour Enhanceras needed

Mix the egg whites and the MSK Ultralin .
Pour in the melted butter and mix well.
Add the dry ingredients.
Chill before use.
Bake at 170c for 5-6 minutes.

- Pairs well with mackerel, lemon, and oregano.
