Preparation method

  • Grill 175g of parmesan cheese. Finely grate and spread thinly on a tray.

  • Bake in an oven until light brown and crisp.

  • Break this up and put in a food processer and add the MSK Abzorbit .

  • Blend until smooth and powdery.

  • Finish with the freshly grated parmesan.

  • Delicious in a dish with cauliflower, hazelnut, and black garlic.
