This recipe makes a light and airy powder out of parmesan cheese.

Grill 175g of parmesan cheese. Finely grate and spread thinly on a tray.
Bake in an oven until light brown and crisp.
Break this up and put in a food processer and add the MSK Abzorbit .
Blend until smooth and powdery.
Finish with the freshly grated parmesan.

- Delicious in a dish with cauliflower, hazelnut, and black garlic.
- Combines well with tomato, basil, and balsamic vinegar.
