Preparation method

  • Add the MSK Ultra-Mousse to the whipping cream.

  • Whip to soft peak.

  • Gradually whisk in the fruit puree.

  • Adjust to taste with malic acid

  • Pipe into moulds and refrigerate to set.

  • You can use lime as a substitute for the malic acid.
  • Combines well with dark chocolate, banana, and passion fruit.
