A deliciously potent juice of watermelon, Granny Smith and basil. Due to ice filtration, this juice contains no fibre and is therefore easily digestible. This gives you the closest thing to the clarity of wine, and you can easily make a sophisticated pairing. You deliberately leave the Granny Smith juice to oxidise, so you go from just fresh acidity to a refined, oxidative flavour. This makes the juice a lot more mature.
