Blue cheese bread pudding

This recipe for a blue cheese bread pudding is based on sugar bread which immediately gives a nice flavour combination. Jeroen and his team make it with the Grevenbroeker blue cheese and Frisian sugar bread. Frisian sugar bread is a traditional Dutch sweet loaf stuffed with crunchy sugar pearls and a hint of cinnamon.
