Celery and jalapeño vinegar
This vinegar is made from celery juice and jalapeño. In this component, we use an aquarium pump to pump extra oxygen through the liquid during fermentation. This way, fermentation is complete in about 12 days. If you do not have an aquarium pump, fermentation will take several months
