Corn tempura
This component was inspired by Yardbird’s “Corn tempura”. However, this recipe uses vodka in the batter. The alcohol evaporates during frying, resulting in a lighter final product. We also use furikake as a seasoning.
Recipe makes approximately 25 pieces.
