Chocolate and raspberry coral
This is a chocolate garnish that looks spectacular, and it also has a unique taste and structure. Instead of using ornamental discs made from chocolate for decoration, it is also easy to make natural shapes such as this coral. We used freeze-dried raspberries for this recipe, but you can experiment with other types of powders as well.
