Bloody Mary shave ice
An icy variation on a classic cocktail, the Bloody Mary. The addition of tabasco and vodka makes it a savoury ice, so it is extremely useful for serving with amuses or as an element of a cold starter. In this recipe, we use canned tomato purée, because tomatoes are always canned when fully ripe.
Makes 600 grams.
