Grilled radishes with citrus oil
Radishes are generally prepared raw and cold, but they are also delicious stewed, fried or grilled. This recipe makes use of a fruity marinade of olive oil and citrus to contrast the sharp taste of the radish. This combination is best after the radishes have been grilled.
