Preparation method

  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
  • Deep-fry the cauliflower for around 3 minutes until it is brown and crispy.
  • Dry the cauliflower on paper and season with the garam masala.

Serving suggestions

  • As a vegetable garnish.
  • As a warm component in a salad.
  • As an hors d'oeuvre served with cauliflower mayonnaise.
  • Use in a dish with components of duck, lentils, and ginger.
  • Use in a dish with components of halibut, celeriac, and potato.
