grape seed oil

Preparation method

  • Put the parsley and the grape seed oil into a thermo blender and blend for 20 seconds at high speed.
  • Next, cook for 5 minutes at 80°C at setting 6.
  • Strain through a coffee filter to obtain a clear product.

Alternative:

  • Put the parsley and the grape seed oil into a blender and blend for 50 seconds at high speed.
  • Pour into a saucepan and allow to slowly separate over a low heat.
  • Strain through a coffee filter to obtain a clear product.

Serving suggestions

  • Use in a composition with components of sea bass, tomato, pearl barley, and mussels.
  • A marvellous combination with avocado, lobster, and tomato.
  • Delicious with components of beef, celeriac, and shallot.
